FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I book you?

Simply send a message through the contact form, and I will get back to you within 48 hours to schedule a consultation call and build the perfect package for your day.

To officially secure your date on my calendar, a 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding date.

What is your turnaround time?

You will receive your beautifully edited photo gallery within 4–6 weeks and your cinematic video within 4–8 weeks.

Note: Turnaround times are subject to change depending on the wedding season peak and current editing workloads, but I always prioritize quality to ensure your media is flawless.

How far out do you book?

I book as far out as you would like! Popular wedding dates fill up quickly, so I highly recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue secured.

How many hours do you cover for a wedding?

My standard coverage packages typically range from 6 to 8 hours, which beautifully covers most traditional wedding days. However, coverage can easily be extended to 10 to 12 hours if you have a packed timeline. I also offer multi-day coverage options for destination weekends, multi-cultural celebrations, or extended events.

Do you shoot alone, or will there be a team?

For single-service packages (just photo or just video), I may shoot solo. However, for my combined photography and videography packages, I always bring a trusted creative partner. I will act as your lead creator (focusing on either photo or video), and one of my skilled, hand-picked partners will lead the other medium. This ensures you have dedicated coverage for both fields without missing a single moment.

Can we share our wedding video and photos on social media?

Absolutely! I encourage you to share your memories with friends and family online. I only ask that you tag and credit my page when posting, as it enormously helps a solo creator grow.

Can we request adjustments or style changes?

Absolutely! I pride myself on being a collaborative creator. If you have a specific aesthetic, color grade, or cinematic style in mind that we discussed prior to shooting, my goal is to bring that exact vision to life.

To make sure it’s perfect, all packages include one complimentary round of revisions.

  • For films: This covers tweaking timeline pacing, adjusting clips, or refining the color tone.

  • For photos: This includes minor adjustments to ensure the final gallery matches the aesthetic you love.

To keep my workflow on track, all revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your media. Any major, time-intensive re-editing or additional rounds of changes beyond the first complimentary session will be billed at $100/hour.

Do you deliver the unedited RAW files?

Yes! While your final package comes with beautifully edited, high-resolution media, I understand that some couples want access to absolutely everything captured. RAW files (unedited photos or raw video footage) can be added to any package for an additional investment, or may already be included in premium packages. Let me know if you are interested, and we can discuss adding it to your contract!

What payment options do you accept?

For your convenience, I accept Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App. I also accept all major credit cards, which are subject to a standard 4% processing fee.

Do you have a travel fee?

Because I am based out of Central Florida, all locations within a 1-hour drive radius of the Orlando/Kissimmee area are fully covered with zero travel fees.

For locations requiring a drive longer than 1 hour, a travel fee of $50 per half-hour of total driving time will be applied. This ensures my time on the road is fairly compensated while keeping costs transparent and straightforward for you.

Do you travel outside of Florida?

Currently, I focus entirely on local celebrations and do not travel outside of Florida. I love capturing the diverse, beautiful venues right here in the Sunshine State!

Are you insured? What if our venue requires a certificate?

Yes, absolutely! Forever Rose Films LLC is a fully licensed and insured business. Many premium Florida venues strictly require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) before allowing media teams on-site. If your venue needs one, just let me know at least 3–4 weeks before your date, and I can email the certificate directly to them or send it over to you to pass along.
